Arrival and Departure

Arrivals

Campers are to enter the GCS Upper School at the main circle.  The Athletic Center entrance is the left set of glass doors when looking at the school. There will be coaches standing there each day to greet the campers and escort them in.  

• Campers should arrive between 8:30 am and 8:45 am.
• Upon arrival, each camper should place their lunch in the appropriate team bin and report to their assigned basket. The first period of the day will begin at 9:00 am.
• If a camper is late, please have them check in at the coaches table upon arrival.

Camper who are signed up for before care should report between 7:30 and 8:30 Tuesday -Friday. THERE IS NO BEFORE CARE ON MONDAY

 

Departures

Camp dismissal takes place each day between 3:45 and 4:00 pm. Campers need to be picked up by 4:15 or enroll in the aftercare program. Pick up is at the same door as drop off.

Campers enrolled in aftercare must be picked up no later than 5:00pm

On Friday, there is an awards ceremony that starts at 3:10 pm. Campers must be present to receive their awards. Trophies and awards will not be mailed home.

Parents are welcome to attend.  Dismissal will be from the awards ceremony on Friday.  Aftercare is available on Friday.
